Danielle Hatchitt has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex commercial disputes involving real estate, entitlement and municipal law issues, partnership disputes, fiduciary litigation, breach of contract, intellectual property protection, breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and other general employment claims, including discrimination and harassment. She has first- and second-chair experience at numerous trials, arbitrations, and appeals, including proceedings before the Fifth Circuit and Texas Supreme Court. Danielle earned her law degree from Baylor Law School with high honors and was a member of the Baylor Law Review. While in law school, she served as a legal intern for Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Manske of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
