“WSH is a different law firm, and Danielle is a different lawyer. In addition to being efficient, responsive and knowledgeable they invest in understanding the client’s story and business objectives to arrive at creative solutions through (and outside) the litigation process turning obstacles into opportunities.”

- WSH Client

“I’m serious…in a world where lawyers get a bad rap, Danielle is a ray of sunshine.”

- WSH Client

“Danielle’s diligence and focus on all aspects of my company’s two separate cases lead to a positive outcome for my team. Her strength in negotiating helped drive both parties to a resolution in the most efficient and effective way possible.”

- WSH Client

Danielle began her legal career at a litigation boutique firm in Houston. She tried and won her first jury trial in federal court less than three years after graduating from law school and since then has established a proven track record of successes in the courtroom, as well as in arbitrations, administrative agency hearings and on appeal in the Texas Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit. While Danielle is a strong advocate in the courtroom, she also recognizes when trial is not the best way forward for her clients, and her skill at negotiating favorable terms for her clients is equally strong.

Danielle has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes involving real estate, entitlement and municipal law issues, partnership disputes, fiduciary litigation, breach of contract, intellectual property protection, breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and other general employment claims, including discrimination and harassment. Danielle also has significant experience handling litigation under Title IX, the federal law governing the responsibility of educational institutions regarding sex discrimination.

Danielle’s resume will tell you that she has impressive credentials and a proven track record. But her clients will tell you she is a fiercely loyal advocate dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Outside the Office

Everyone who knows Danielle will tell you that she is dedicated to her work. But when Danielle is not in the office, she is almost always spending time with her three children, John, Julia and Grace:

“As a mom of three young children, I have learned—out of necessity—how to maximize my time. Surprisingly, this has been not only beneficial to my family, but to my clients as well. I know how to efficiently and successfully get the job done!”

Danielle is a Texas native and loves the beach. She can regularly be found spending time with her family, including her beloved schnauzer dog, Molly. When Danielle has a spare moment, she loves going to the theater and volunteering at her kids’ school and church.
